SUBSIDIZED HOUSING RENTAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE
Clark Village Apartments are insured by HUD with Section 8 subsizdized housing rental assistance. Section 8 rents are 30% from your adjusted monthly income. There is no application or screening fee. All eligible applicants are screened for rental history, credit and criminal background.
Currently, Clark Village Apartments has a waiting list for these units. Applicants are added to the waiting list by completing the waiting list application completely and delivering it to our office at:
211 8th St. Washougal, WA 98671
in person, or by mail. Applicants are added to the list in the order in which they are received.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
You can also stop by the office and complete an application in person. Applications are available from the resident manager, or may be available in the lobby.
Applications can be dropped off any time by sliding them through the mail slot in the back door of the office.
